Linux.conf.au 2003: Venues

UWA has offered us the use of the UWA campus as a venue with all fees waived for the use of the venues. We must decide on which rooms are require,d and have these booked with the Venues office as soon as possible. At this stage, we should be OK for the dates required. This is the key point in organisation: we now have a place and a time. Now the rest must all into place.

Since we are organising lectures, lecture theatres at a University are ideal. We anticipate 300 to 500 people; for at least three sessions (opening and closing plenary, keynote(s)) these people will all be in the one theatre.
